We recently surveyed current and future leaders across QLD and NSW fellowships. You told us where the real challenges are — carrying the load, having the hard conversations, staying the course without burning out, and building teams that share the weight. This weekend is built on that feedback.
Over two days, we'll work through the core principles of Biblical leadership and tackle the practical barriers that get in the way of leading well. This isn't theory — it's equipping. The goal is for every leader to walk away with tools and practices they can put to use immediately in their local fellowship.
We won't be dodging the uncomfortable topics. Good leadership demands honest conversation — and that's exactly what this weekend is for.

The Important Stuff
Date: Sat-Sun, 8-9th August 2026.
Location: Sunshine Coast Hall
Start time: Sat, 9am (sharp)
Accommodation: Where possible, billeting of guests will be undertaken by the Sunshine Coast saints. We can also make recommendations on nearby accommodation if needed.
Cost: Adult ($30) - includes all meals from Saturday morning tea until Sunday lunch. Dietary requirements will be catered for.
Children: Unfortunately there won't be any child-minding available
